How to Use MessageZilla

Create a polished message by typing, speaking, or uploading an existing recording.

  1. Start your message. Type your rough wording into the first box, or press Speak and dictate it.
  2. Upload existing audio. Choose an audio file, select the language, and press Upload & Transcribe.
  3. Improve the wording. Press Generate Script to turn your rough message into a polished script.
  4. Review the finished script. Read it carefully and make any changes directly in the Finished Script box.
  5. Choose a voice. Select the voice you want from the Voice menu.
  6. Name the file. Enter a simple filename such as main-greeting or holiday-message.
  7. Create the recording. Press Generate MP3 or Generate WAV.
  8. Preview and save. Listen to the recording, then press the Save button beneath the audio player.
Tip: MP3 files are smaller and convenient for sharing. WAV files provide uncompressed audio for phone and professional audio systems.
